工作描述
The teamleader acts upon ANDON calls, does first line analysis and repair. He supports and replaces operators when required.
组长按照“安灯”规则行事，做一线分析和修复。需要在必要的时候协助并更换操作工。
Recognizes individual efforts and achievements within team structure.
对组内成员个体做出的贡献和成绩加以识别。
Stimulates and contributes to the continuous learning and developing of the team and the individuals. This means: takes care of the right planning and training for each operator, the Team Leader is the principle trainer for the team.
质量组长应对其团队及组员个体的持续的学习和发展起促进作用并做出贡献。也就是：对操作员进行适当的规划和培训，质量组长是其团队最重要的培训师。
Secures the Volvo Cars Manufacturing System VCMS way of working, drives the maintain process and leads the team in continuous improvement
确保按照VCMS的方式开展工作，开展对流程的维护工作并领导团队持续改进。
He is able to assess the severity of defects according quality guidelines & standards.
能根据质量方针和标准对缺陷的严重度进行评估。

Competence requirement:
能力要求：
secondary specialized or technical school above,no major requirement.
中专及以上学历，专业不限；
3 years working experience of incoming material handling, logistics or plant supplier quality department in the automotive industry
3年以上汽车行业，进料处理、物流或供应商质量管理等方面的相关工作经验；
Needs experience with product quality inspections
需要有对产品质量检查的经验
Driving license of C, driving exp with forklift is a plus
有驾驶执照C照，若有叉车驾驶经验更佳
Basic knowledge of English language
具备基本的英语技能
Need a critical and analytic mind
具备鉴别分析能力
Basic knowledge about MS-office tools as Excel, word, powerpoint.
具备基本的办公软件使用技能，例如Excel，Word，Powerpoint
