Responsibilities:

The position will manage sourcing projects at assigned suppliers. Before fully taking over the sourcing responsibilities, the employee will have training opportunities, rotating assignments in various functions such as PO fulfillment, manufacturing engineering and supplier quality.

Manage assigned suppliers to meet Halliburton requirement on quality, delivery, cost and new project development

Manage new projects development at the suppliers, accelerate the developing cycle time with good first pass rate

Complies with policies and procedures.

Expedites, de-expedites and issues change orders to meet manufacturing, field plant or project demands.

Work with suppliers closely and most of time within manufacturing plants.

Analyzes and resolves basic Goods and Invoice Receipt Issues (GRIR) to obtain best quality, delivery and price for goods and services.

Assists in assessing supplier performance. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.

Assists in compiling weekly and monthly reports to management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in related area.

At least 5 years working experience in manufacturing

Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.

Very smart, a quick learner and self-starter.

Team player.
