ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

Responsibilities:
Building and developing HR systems, tools and process to ensure of the well organizational development and smooth operation of Company’s strategy.
Working with required department to develop job descriptions and developing effective and multiplying recruitment channels to fill in the vacancies timely and within budget. Establishing and implementing end to end recruitment process and ensuring seamless on-boarding of staff at all levels.
Analyzing staff non-technical & technical training needs and recommends related courses. Providing and executing plans for talent development and enriching channels to meet the aggressive business growth needs.
Developing job level system and conducting salary surveys when necessary and implementing effective compensation and benefit system. Developing C&B related retention and rewarding system to keep critical talent pool.
Ensuring legal compliance in labor contract and social contribution. Etc. Resolving employee relations issue in a fair and consistent manner that protects the needs of the plant to operate in an effective and efficient manner.
Ensuring well administrative services to continuously improve employees’ satisfaction. Planning and organizing enterprise’s activities in line with Company’s strategy and culture.
Providing productivity increase with contemporary process management approaches, ensuring continuous improvement of the work process; encouraging employees of HR team to give individual suggestions (IS) and evaluating suggestions related to HR department.
Ensuring participation in the continuous improvement activities (Lean Production, Kaizen, etc.)Ensuring development and roll- out of the results and best- practices derived from all improvement operations.
Providing support and resource for inter-department projects carried within the company. Increasing the virtually effective work time and decreasing the ineffective work time of HR&ADM. team.
Requirements:
Education background required by the role: bachelor of management or related
Experience Concerning the work: Minimum 5 years of management experience in HR&ADM area
Knowledge/ Skill concerning the work: Quality system, OHSAS, Employee Management, Negotiation management, planning management, public relation management.
IT Usage knowledge concerning the work: MS office, MS project, compass, Oracle HR, Oracle content, Oracle Portals , Oracle BI, etc.
English communication shall be fluent both in speaking and writing.
Upright, could work under pressure, team- oriented and good at communication.
