Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Inventory Control in SAGE X3 by ERP data management
+ Create & Maintain inventory location and inventory movement in X3
+ Do the purchasing receiving in X3 and parts/finish goods shipping in X3
+ Manage Inventory counting in X3
+ Manage Goods return/parts scrap and Inventory adjustment in X3 to control inventory accuracy
+ Generate shipment reports for customer & management review
+ Inventory Control in the shopfloor by supervising logistic team
+ Supervise Stock Clerk to make sure purchasing receiving is done in time and correctly
+ Supervise logistic Team to make sure container is loaded as scheduled
+ By supervising logistic team to do internal inventory control with different deptie production dept. for material picking and FGI shipping, quality dept. for parts scrap and return., purchasing dept. for receiving etc.
+ Process 7S in the warehouse
+ Logistic Vendor Management
+ Qualify logistic vendor, container and express forwarder, including price control, data accuracy, service quality etc.
+ Organize vendor information filing, EG.. vendor’s company certification, quotation sheet.
Source inventory supply for warehouse and manage inventory supply vendors by price control, quality identify and service check etc.
+ Import & Export Management and Customs Management
+ Handle Import & Export process in a timely manner and accurately
+ Solve unexpected problems for Import & Export if have in a professional way
+ Keep good record at Customs and upgrade company level as high as we can to make operation more freely
+ Keep relationship with Customs and related gov. dept.
+ Filing License of Customs related and renew the license when needed
+ Reporting to business manager and handle other tasks assigned by company
Requirements:
+ Bachaler degree or above
+ At least 5 years working experience in logistic management
+ Experienced in handling logistic documentation, warehouse management
+ Factory background is preferred
+ Skilled in export management and Customs management
+ Could communicate in English
