ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
? Oversee the costing of jobs
? Development of the technical process to manufacture parts with the highest quality, production efficiency and lowest cost
? As part of the management team, lead the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process
? Develop and manage sampling plans to validate the manufacturing process
? Adhere to the Quality processes
? Manage the PPAP documentation and submission process
? Promote the company in a professional manner
? Provide technical management to the solving of quality issues
? At all times ensure compliance with company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and all H&S legal requirements.
? Promote a health and safety culture within the business.
? Report all incidents and minor injuries
? Undertake any other responsibilities, consistent with skills, qualifications and experience, as may be required from time to time.
Key Performance Indicators:
? Completion and submission of sample reports on time
? Client approval of all submissions – zero resubmissions
? Monthly quality improvement of 5% in internal rework and rejections
? Zero external customer concerns
Requirements:
? Experience with TS16949 and ISO 9000 quality standards
? Proven organisational and planning skills
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Team player – building people involvement
? Min 10 years technical experience in the foundry industry
? English and Chinese language capability
? Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO 9000 Quality Standards
? Technical management / supervision background
? Preference given to persons with Lost Wax and Resin Sand experience in a ferrous foundry
? Knowledge of machining
