DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

Our client is a US company that specializes in industrial equipment
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Location:
Shunde, Guangdong, China
Reporting to:
Manager of Sales & Marketing
Travelling:
Frequently 30% - 50% and as required to fulfill assignments
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Develop new sales opportunities by finding new projects and following up with the production expansion project of existing customers.
+ Handle all aspect of customer relations and close high dollar volume deals
+ Travel extensively within China to develop the market.
+ Understanding customer requirement, communicate with application engineer (in China and USA) within the company to develop customized thermal process and washer solutions.
+ Have technical communication with customer. Explain & present the technical specification from our proposal so that customer could understand the concept of design.
+ By understanding customer requirement on material & process technology used in their production environment, differentiate the company's solutions with competitors.
+ Sales forecast weekly participation
Requirements:
+ Good commend of oral and written English
+ Understand thermal process and washer technology and customer base.
+ Solid proven track record (Minimum 5 years) in sales of industrial oven/washer equipment or related industries with an Engineering or technical Degree.
+ Can-do spirit, self-driven and pro-active attitude.
+ Willing to work in Shunde, Foshan
+ Willing to extensively travel within China.
+ Ability to drive a car.
