职位描述
Responsibilities:
-Coordinates quality complaints reported to multi-national companies (automotive industry, electronics), coordinates the representation of foreign part suppliers, and manages services at partners belonging to the affected region.
-Ensures high level quality services for partners, follows customer expectations by consultation with contact persons, keeps a day-to-day contact with the representatives of partners.
-Plans, ensures and coordinates resources necessary for the effective operation of the region.
-Plans, manages and controls the activities of employees, motivates, develops and assesses employees.
-Ensures effective communication within the region.
-Operates administration and reporting system
-Prepares and coordinates the preparation of the necessary analyses, reports, and audits for both our partners and company management.
-Actively participates in business planning, attains business objectives.
-Actively participates in continuous development of the region, seeks new business opportunities, and contacts potential partners.
-Plans, coordinates and manages projects and services initiated by the top management in the affected region.
Requirements:
-Higher level qualification in mechanical or electronic engineering. Specialization in quality control is an asset.
-In addition to native Chinese language skills, we require high level English
-Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing or quality control with at least three years in automotive environment
-Minimum three years of experience in management
-ISO or ISO/TS internal auditor experience is an asset
-SQA or CQA experience is an asset
-Computer operation skills (MS Office)
-Driving licence type B
-Process management
-Active process, organization and communication development
-Participation in selling our services
