Essential Responsibilities

- Work & coordinate with the sales, service & technology teams in China to deliver the mining install base strategy of M&C XH business.
- Provide strong strategic and application support to control business in M&C XH .
- Drives M&C XH control business wide growth vision, leveraging research & external, focus to provide strategic direction for pricing, product development, & commercialization.
- Drive in depth market segmentation and develop targeted solution
- Working closely with region sales, engineer and service team to identify new business opportunities.
- Take NAI and NPI initiative, which conduct sales training required periodically.
- Coordinate with marketing and communication team to organize and facilitate M&C XH day seminar, road show to promote M&C XH business in China
- Working with Sales to be early engagement for strategic project.
- Sensitive customer demand and new technology trend, work closely with engineer and research team to create new application solution.
- Develop sales tools, including M&C XH product brochure, promotion activities, successful story, and competitor analysis.
- Provide feed-back on competition / new market areas / new product positioning needs to Strategic Development managers for specific markets and / or product-lines
- Review with FAE leader for new project and install base opportunities, draw the long-term project policy to push and provide support to sales

Qualifications/Requirements

The following represent required qualifications for FAE senior engineer – M&C XH China:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Thermal Energy and Power Control.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in DCS or DEH engineer experience. Be familiar with Xinhua control project installation and commissioning.
- Willing to learn new M&C XH technology is necessary.
- Ability to strong presentation skills and show confidence to customers, effective communication is needed.
- Strong background and understanding in China Power and development trends.
- Ability to work with a virtual team for strategic project, with a lot of personal initiative to drive and resolve issues.
