Essential Responsibilities
* Execute winning strategies to deliver growth in China region.
* Verticals/Key accounts/Inspection service & Rental focus to deliver internal targets: opportunities, orders, revenue and margin.
* Responsible for performing commercial discussions and technical demonstrations with potential clients, as well as presentations of Remote Video inspection.
* Responsible for compiling bid documents, bid opening, and bid clarification for bidding project.
* Identify and cultivate strategic relationships at all levels of customer organization.
* Manage distributor within assigned regions/segments.
* Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing accounts.
* Provide an accurate sales forecast on a customer by customer, modality by modality basis include seasonal variations, product shifts, NPI effects and key large project impacts.
* Effectively communicate market requirements, emerging needs, competition dynamics and other important front line information related to products, service and applications to Product Management and Sales Leadership teams.
* Network with other GE business units which conducting business with the same assigned customers.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Preferred 2 years sales experience in NDT technologies and RVI field.
* Customer, dealer handling and project management skills.
* BS or MS degree required.
* "Can do" attitude ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and achieve deadlines.
* Ability to understand and work within a matrix organization.
* Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Chinese.

· Knowledge of industrial applications for product lines, including the assigned products and their markets
