Job Summary:

岗位综述：

Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

岗位职责和主要工作内容：以下为主要的岗位工作内容。其他工作内容另指派。

▪ Be responsible for NDT inspections of the work-pieces and parts to ensure conformance to specifications per corresponding procedures. Keep proper inspection record and monitors inspection status.负责按标准和相应流程对零件及产品进行NDT检验及记录并监控检验状态。

▪ Checks and confirms the parts supplied by supplier according to test report.

负责按入厂零件对供货商提供的检验报告进行核对确认。

▪ Be responsible for daily action of the 6S in the inspection area.

负责检验现场6S落实。

▪ Be responsible for daily maintenance and calibration for testing tools, NDT inspecting equipments, etc.

负责公司检验、NDT测试、试验设备的日常维护及校验。

▪ Reads blueprints or engineering specifications to obtain product information such as specified material, surface finish, and dimensions.

阅读设计图纸和工程说明书，获取有关产品用料，表面处理及尺寸等方面信息并核对图纸中尺寸数值。

▪ Controls and keeps for relevant documentation and record in inspection area.

检验用相关文件和记录的控制和保管。

▪ Knows and participates in process nonconforming product control.

了解和参与实施生产过程中对不合格产品的控制。

▪ Assists QA to make weekly, monthly quality reports.

协助工程师完成相关质量周报、月报工作。

▪ Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Experience:

教育、培训和经验：

▪ 3年以上的磁粉、超声、或荧光渗透实践工作经验，有无损检测二级证书或以上；At least three-year NDT inspection experience, have the level Ⅱ certificate or above.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

Educational Certificate毕业证

UT/PT/MT Certificate 证书

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

知识、技巧和能力：

▪ Exactly knows ISO 9000 or other quality management system. 熟悉ISO9000或其它质量管理系统

▪ Experienced in ERP, MS OFFICE and other software.

有企业管理信息系统（ERP）的认识和使用经验；熟练操作电脑 MS OFFICE 相关软件

▪ Enough knowledge and experience with NDT, machining, assembly of Mechanical products

在机械产品的无损检测、加工及组装有足够的知识及经验

▪ Work in an office environment and Engineering laboratory or workshop area as assembly areas and field service machine shop and at times visit Customer’s drilling and production locations

▪ Occasionally may be exposed to hazards such as loud noise, heavy equipment, temperature extremes, chemicals, etc. While working in Engineering laboratory, assembly areas and field service machine shop and Customer’s drilling and production locations 在可能的办公场所有可能回暴露在职业病危害中,如NDT磁粉射线,燥音,重型机械, 温度控制等等
