Essential Responsibilities

( 1 ) Lead welding team to running daily operations smoothly which comply with company procedure.
领导焊接部门正常运作并遵守公司的各项规章制度。

（2）Ensure the cladding are performed with meeting all procedures and technic specifications.
确保所有的焊接工作按照作业指导书及相应的技术规范进行。
（3）Training and coach all welders on using of cladding equipment, tools correctly and obtain high level of 6S during daily operation. Keep safety operation and report & correct any unsafe behavior of employees.培训和指导焊工正确使用焊接设备及相关工具，提升和维持整个焊接区域的6S水平以确保安全生产。报告和纠正一切不安全的行为。
（4）Prepare all necessary documents, records against cladding job timely.
准确及时地提供相关生产报告。
（5）Work with maintenance department to keep all equipment in good conditions during daily operation. Instruct welders to conduct daily maintenance check correctly.和维修人员进行紧密合作以确保所有焊接设备完好以便随时使用。指导员工对设备进行日常维护和点检，并及时汇报设备问题。
( 6 ) Work with other department to continual improvement on cladding quality, efficiency .
和相关部门积极沟通以便提高焊接质量和效率。
（7）Responsible for strategy design of cladding station, including budget establish, man-power analysis
进行焊接部门的规划，如年度预算（包括人员，设备等等）。
（8）Finish all other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成主管分配的各项其它任务。
(9）Fully compliance to company regulations and EHS requirement
严格遵守公司相关操作规程及EHS规定

Qualifications/Requirements

▪ college above 大专以上学历
▪ Above 8 years of related working experience 具有相关工作经验八年以上

Educational certificate and welder certificates 毕业证和焊工证。
▪ Has knowledge of welding valves or compress equipment is preferred.
有相关阀门焊接经验或压力容器焊接经验将优先考虑。

Desired Characteristics

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or Operations is preferred
· Prior experience in the application of Lean methodology Lean deployment is preferred
· Six Sigma training is preferred (GE employees only)
· Ability to work in a fast pace, high intensity environment while spending majority of time on shop floor
· Strong coaching, facilitation and team building skills
· Strong process improvement skills using lean problem solving tools
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Knowledge of engineering drawings / specifications and manufacturing processes is preferred
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Knowledge of safety agency regulations is preferred
