职位描述

Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for secretarial duties as well as management and organization of the executive office, including personal support as required.
2. Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials, agenda/minutes of meetings.
3. Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates.
4. Arrange internal and external meetings/conferences including offsite meetings
5. Make travel arrangements for regional and overseas trips.
6. Act as a communication bridge with Senior Executives and Direct Reports, and between the Corporate, and different Regional offices, including arrangements for overseas visitors.
7. May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
1. 2 years' executive level manager EA experience, preferable GM, CEO, VP, etc in multi-national companies.
2. Highly articulate and capable of communicating effectively at senior leadership levels.
3. Tenacious, decisive, nimble, quick and candid in nature, with good decision making skills
4. Ability to prioritize; confidence and resourcefulness in planning and time management
5. Anticipates needs and problems while creating solutions, even in unexpected situations
6. Open minded, flexible, multi-task handling ability;
7. Fluent English skill is a must.
8. Can manage working with people in different time zones.
