Reporting to:
HVAC EDC Manager (French) (For technical aspects the guidelines from the Sr. HVAC Engineer have to be consdiered)
Travelling:
Potential business travel, but not frequent

Responsibilities:
> Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for supervision of the design scope of the HVAC components and design for TSN Project in the HVAC EDC
> Objectives:
+ Check and validate the review sheets from SFL and JDO HVAC layout for 2D drawings and HVAS component documentation
+ Analyse the clarification requests and will prepare a design proposal
+ Check, implement and find solutions for changes (MR/DEN/JCN/etc)
+ Responsible for answering in term of HVAC components which have to be clarified by other JDO entities, SFL and CNPE/NFVC
+ Support CNPE/NFVC and other JDO entities in regard to HVAC
+ Support in regard to follow up and reporting of the HVAC package
Main activities will of this job:
+ Dispatching and colletion of supplier documentation and related review sheets (RS)
+ Check of consistency of RS from JDO HVAC layout team (layout aspects) together and between review sheets from SFL (system design, mechanical design of component) for HVAC component documents (drawings, etc) and for HVAC 2D drawing and preparation as well as distribution of the final review sheets to NFVC/CNPE
+ Technical support to NFVC/CNPE and local entry point via Senior HVAC regarding questions from NFVC and CNPE.
+ Support JDO entities like HVAC layout and HVAC commissioning team
+ Check the design evolution notices (DEN) from CNPE/NFVC and request fro SFL support if needed and coordiantion of the tasks which have to be clarified by other JDO entities, CNMPE and NFVC
+ Check and clarification of modification requests (MR) of CNPE/NFVC. Only if the MR can not be clarified by HVAC EDC the task has to be dispatched and coordinated with other entities of JDO and to SFL. Issuance of the reply to MR
+ Analysis of clarification of modification requests (MR) of CNPE/NFVC. Only if the CR can not be clarified by HVAC EDC the task has to be dispatched and coordinated with other entities of JDO and to SFL. Issuance of the reply to CR
+ Analysis of field change requests (FCR) from the site. Only if FCR cannot be clarified by HVAC EDC the task has to be dispatched and coordinated with other entities of JDO and to SFL. Issuance of the reply to FCR
+ Follow up of spent hours for FCR/CR which fall under the responsibility of the client
+ Support of HVAC components follow-up and reporting
+ Support to component qualification done by ANP/SFL entitied in Europe
+ WR declaration and clarification of open points
+ Clarification of supplier deviation report (SDR) and non-conformance report (BCR), with SFL support if relevant
Requirements:
+ HVAC Engineer (university degree)
+ Experience of working in international environment
+ More than 3 years experience in field of HVAC components and design activities
+ Experience of working in HVAC component field
+ HVAC component skills
+ Excleent MS office skills
+ Auto CAD, Documentutm, Navis Works
+ Persistence and organizing skills
+ Cross-cultural competence for working together with different nationalities (Chinese, French, German, etc)
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
+ Fluency in English
