ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Salary:

Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Operation Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
> Maintenance and repair:
+ Pro-actively coordinate and implement the maintenance and repairing work that are under responsibility or out of expectation
+ Analyze the issues and trouble shoot accordingly
+ Replace the machines or mechanical/electrical/electronic parts that are with problems
> Supervision:
+ Provide coach and guidance for those less experienced workers and supervise their performance
+ Help the workers improve their skill and provide suggestion or training accordingly
> Quality:
+ Analyze the trouble reason, find out the potential issue and prepare feasible solution
+ When there is problem, work out the solution with related teams
+ Evaluate the materials provided by suppliers, make proper report when there is issue
> Technology:
+ Help set up the workshop and optimize the process
+ Launch the installation equipment
+ Work with the installation team to install the equipment
+ Work out the equipment application scratch, arrange and prove the workers to implement it
+ Make related drawings and document
> Documentation:
+ Follow the production and testing instruction
+ Make prototype report and archive accordingly
+ Prepare checking, production and testing instruction, and keep the document version well
Requirements:
+ College or above education in Electronic/Electrical or related fieldCollege or above education in Electronic/Electrical or related field
+ More than 5 years working experience in production/engineering/maintenance function
+ Technical experience or knowledge: ultrasonic bonding, low pressure injection, cutting, welding, detecting, adjustment
+ Skillful with Office software of Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
+ Be able to use EPR, Wartungsplanner, LN, Keytech
+ Team work spirit
+ Fluent Mandarin and English
+ Willing to work over time as the repairing work has to be implemented after work
