+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Assign resources for the execution of the manufacturing project and various tasks related to it and allocate, manage and guide employees to complete their assignments in a quality and timely manner
+ Implement working procedures/Instruction and tools for the manufacturing activities and insures them implemented effectively
+ Provide assistance to project managers and engineers in his group, guide them to solve problems occurring during project execution and critical daily management
+ Report on manufacturing the project execution situation and progress, advises Manufacturing Management Director and other involved departments when major deviation occurs during fabrication and finds appropriate solutions
+ Facilitate the interaction with all other departments related with project issue
+ Ensure the executed projects being manufactured within budget and meet the quality and delivery schedule
+ Participate in the improvement of any manufacturing development, consolidation and benchmark as well as quality control system and IMS implementation
+ Technically supervise and guide all necessary measurements to make sure the equipments and machines capable enough for fulfilling the project fabrication
+ Organize the manufacturing process in a way which can better prevent any possible non-conformity and take prevent measurements

Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanics or chemical mechanics
+ Master in Engineering is Preferred
+ Above 8 years related working experiences, of which above 3 years experiences of manufacturing project management
+ Project Manager (or product manager) from a manufacturing company
+ Quality control (NOT Quality Insurance), engineering experience
+ Workshop experience
+ Abundant specific knowledge of pressure vessel
+ Knowledge of the codes of pressure vessel GB150 and ASME
+ Strong ability of project operation and control, good communication and coordination skill
+ English and Chinese
+ Can also be a foreigner locally employed, but must speak Chinese to understand the workshop people
