ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Client:
An international Fortune 500 company with leading technologies and solutions in producing air gases

Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Starting date:
As soon as possible

Location:
Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China

Reporting to:
Project Department Director

Travelling:
25% of the time, visiting customers

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Assist / coach closely a few project managers in order to develop them in a new situation (junior PM or first turn key etc.)
+ Manage a reinforced project team (this team may include PMs and PEs) by splitting the overall project in sub tasks and assigning these tasks to team members
+ Be responsible for the overall result that he has to consolidate
+ Be well inform about day to day matters and take necessary distance to anticipate and elaborate a mid term strategy on his project
+ Be a preferred entry point for customers during project execution

Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above in Sciences / Engineering
+ Master in Engineering is Preferred
+ More than 12 years working experience (15 yrs preferred) in the related field: engineering, project management, quality, safety, having demonstrated significant achievement in project management
+ Ability to assist and coach other project managers
+ Good management and cooperation skills, HR management, training & developing orientation
+ Ability to assist and coach other project managers
+ Excellent leadership and coordination ability
+ Speak fluent in English
