职位描述
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work according to i-BUY compass guideline
- Reach goals concerning delivery ,quality, capacity and cost
- Work interdisciplinary Teams e.g. Development, Manufacturing, FIN, Quality Department and Suppliers
- Conduct RFQ process, evaluation quotation, Negotiation, prepare scouring decisions and PO tracking
- Yearly cost reduction to be achieved
- Yearly price negotiation or project related bundle negotiation
- Track quality performance and deal with quality claim
- Mentorship for assigned suppliers incl. supplier release, supplier evaluation, supplier monitor also supplier eliminating (operational supplier management)
- Market investigation and research to identify and make assessment for new suppliers
- First contact window for internal customer, support to solve escalation case acc. to communication plan
Qualifications Requirement
Bachelor degree and above in technical background or purchase related field
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese + English
Good computer skill such as Excel, PPT,Word
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
Job relevant knowledge :
-Good commercial background
-Great communication/negotiation skill
- Technical and machine related experience plus or preferred
Work experience:
-Purchasing experience
-Manufacture related experience
