This is a position within SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) team.

Responsibilities:

· Manage purchase orders in response to material requirements established by manufacturing, field operations or project management.

· Complies with policies and procedures.

· Expedites, de-expedites and issues change orders to meet manufacturing, field plant or project demands.

· Work with vendors closely and most of time within manufacturing plants.

· Analyzes and resolves basic Goods and Invoice Receipt Issues (GRIR) to obtain best quality, delivery and price for goods and services.

· Assists in assessing supplier performance. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.

· Assists in compiling weekly and monthly reports to management team.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Engineering or Chemical.

· Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.

· Very smart, a quick learner and self-starter.

· Good at math and logic. Accuracy and could pay attention to detail. Good at observation and analysis.

· Team player.
