职位描述
Job Description:
1. AP PCR system (Product Correction Request): Be the owner of the PCR system, facilitate and drive for timely resolution of product quality improvement opportunities by the assigned responsible person(s) of MC or PDC in AP.
2. Support VP Quality in new NCR project, follow through the project from refining of functional specifications, IT development, introduction and full rollout.
3. Compile NCR at regional level and analyze the data for both regional and MC levels, ensure that the AP PCP (Product Correction Process) is implemented by MCs in addressing the product safety, top NCRs and top COPQ issues. Also, work with MC Quality in achieving the NCR and COPQ targets.
4. Support to monitor the implementation status of AP harmonized test methods on the critical components by each MC and their critical component reliability programs.
5. Coordinate with Field Operations in AP in ensuring the released PCI (Product Corrective Instruction) and FI (Field Information) are timely implemented, monitored and closed.
6. Lead or facilitate some product improvement projects to meet quality or product performance targets.
7. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
8. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
9. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
10.Other assignments from direct superior.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
2. 3 year experience in Elevator & Escalator industry in Engineering or Quality Department
3. Management experience is preferred but not necessary
4. Fluent in writing and speaking English
5. Be familiar with Microsoft Office
6. Posses strong leadership and a good team player
