Role Summary/Purpose

This role will reports to Wayne China Human Resource Manager directly.

Essential Responsibilities

- Manage HR operations for assigned GE business
- Lead or facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, 1st day introduction, exit process, contract renew, internal transfer, promotion, etc.
- Manage external vendors’ service delivery upon agreed KPI, e.g., service on mandatory insurance in & out, background check, etc., and manage internal key stakeholders’ delivery, e.g. functions team, to build joint efforts for quality delivery
- Employee personal-file management, timely update to fully comply with compliance and completeness requirements
- HR database (Oracle) management, timely update to ensure high data quality to fulfill defined scorecard requirements
- Responsible for payroll & benefits data timely and accurately delivered to related systems to support implementation of pay & benefit program
- Prevent, mitigate HR risk and compliance issues in daily job via raise out the issues at early stage
- Partner with biz HR team to communicate ongoing delivery, changes, provide value-added consultation and services
- Participate global, country, and Ops team initiated projects, e.g. e-tool enhancement, process/system review, employee events, etc.,
- Answer queries, and other ad hoc requests

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, law or related
- Minimum 2 years HR working experience in MNC, related HR operations experience is required.
- Details-oriented, and execution
- High energy level with strong customer service mindset & can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills is required
- Fluent English in both verbal and written
- Good command of PC skills.
