Essential Responsibilities

Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
岗位职责和主要工作内容：以下为主要的岗位工作内容。其他工作内容另指派。

▪ Interpretation of customer enquiries / orders translating and associating them with the company equipment / product range.结合公司设备和产品实际范围给与回应客户和订单的询价
▪ Work with Cost Analysts to determine equipment cost using either standard system costs or by calculating a specific cost based on material price, manufacturing times and third party suppler equipment prices. 与成本分析员合作，利用标准系统成本或在材料价格、生产时间和第三方供应商设备价格的基础上计算出特别成本额，最终制定出设备成本
▪ Perform cost, margin and sales price analysis with management prior to quotation submittal
在报价提交前，进行成本、利润和销售价格的分析
▪ Compile the quotation submittal consistent with the customer’s request and update department records.
根据客户需求制作报价提交，随时更新部门记录
▪ Prepare order performance schedules reflecting delivery management, actual and estimated cost analysis and margin tracking. Working in conjunction with Costs Analyst, maintain and develop customer specific price information reflecting historical supply and other pertinent information
准备订单时刻表，反映交货情况、实际和预计的成本分析、利润跟踪。和成本分析员合作，维护更新客户的特殊价格，反映历史供货数据和其他相关信息

Qualifications/Requirements

▪ College degree, majoring in mechanics, project administration or related subject大学本科毕业，主修机械、工程管理等相关专业
▪ At least three-year related experience in similar field3年以上相关工作经验
▪ Logical thinking, careful and reliable逻辑思维,细致,认真,可靠
▪ Excellent communication skill and interpersonal 出色的沟通技巧和人际关系
▪ Willing to work under heavy pressure 愿意承担工作压力
▪ Team work spirit具团队合作精神
▪ Good command of written and spoken English 英语书写与口语良好
Desired Characteristics

▪ An understanding of project management techniques, knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
了解相关工程管理，具备一定的生产流程技术知识
▪ Excellent ability of operating MS OFFICE and other software.
熟练操作电脑 MS OFFICE 相关软件
▪ Intermediate level of Mathematical Skills, be good at basic arithmetic functions including percentages, ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. 较好的数学、算术能力，能够较好地理解运用书面、口头等各种形式的图表；
▪ Good command of English, both reading and written,CET-6 or above
英文读写流利, CET-6级
