Essential Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and provide technical support for field service engineers and monitoring Technicians in workshop.
• Troubleshoot problematic wells; reviewing equipment history, requesting additional data from the customer site.
• Analyse well performance to maximise run life of the equipment and data from the customer site.
• Repair, test and maintain equipment and tools in workshop or customer site.
• Promote and perform any field service oriented sales and maintain a confident customer relationship for the company.
• Manage Spare parts stocks and equipment according company procedures.
• Comply with all applicable Operation, Quality, EHS, regulations.
• Perform audit/review on repair to ensure compliance with procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Diploma Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Machinery or Auto control background with 3 years or more of experience and excellent knowledge of control or safety valves operation.
• Familiar with machining and assembly process, also have good machining product knowledge of fitter and tools.
• Keep good relationship with customers to solve the problems and satisfy customers.

Desired Characteristics

• Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
• 2 or 3 years 's experience in the Power or Oil & Gas field.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Good computer knowledge, particularly MS Office applications.
