ABOUT DIRECT HR:

+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+Serve as the focal person for supplier or commodities related quality and functional issues that stem from components being purchased for manufacturing.
+Engage in ESI activities on high risk components/new suppliers /new technologies.
+Monitor and drive continuous improvement in supplier/commodity performance and conduct monthly/quarterly scorecard reviews.
+Work with supplier on their process and system enhancement to prevent quality spills.
+Develop technology/process capabilities of suppliers in support of current and future supply chain strategies.
+Drive issue resolution with site SQE on all critical supplier issues (extending to sub-tier suppliers); ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner, and effective corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
+Work with Commodity Manager/Sourcing on a supply base that can be used across all customer programs providing technology capabilities and cost savings leverage.
+Audit suppliers’ manufacturing and quality process capabilities.
+Perform supplier assessment audit interfacing with Corporate SQE if applicable.
+Provide training to suppliers on quality tools.
+Achieve supplier “Dock to Stock” certified with Jabil (in accordance to supplier performance system).
+Responsible to ensure supplier quality system and process/procedure are fully in compliance.
+Responsible for Supply Assurance.
Requirements:
+Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline (i.e. EE, ME, QE) preferred.
+Above 10 years working experiences with at least 5 years in supplier quality or supplier development function.
+Consumer electronic industry experience in smart phone/Notebook related
+Excellent Engilsh speaking and writing.
+No frequently job changing ( if 10 years working experiences, no more than 3 companies).
