职位描述

Responsibilities岗位职责

1. IT Application Plan & Design IT应用规划和设计

According to JCI & CQYFJC IT applications planning, to establish the IT applications set required by local business, and formulating a forward-looking and appropriate capacity planning to meet business expansion needs and promoting implementation
按照JCI & CQYFJC IT 应用规划,建立符合本地业务需求的IT应用包,并应前瞻性考虑业务扩展需求,制订合适的容量计划并推动实施。
Planning & design documentation and standardized management should align with JCI ITIL standards.
相应规划和设计应遵从JCI ITIL标准执行文档化和标准化管理。

2. IT Application Build & Launch IT应用建造和投运

According to the planning and design, to promote the implementation of IT applications build and on-demand launch, including but not limited to, ERP, HRM, MES, SCM, CRM, Engineering System etc.
按照规划和设计方案推动执行IT应用建造和按需投运,包括但不限于ERP, HRM, MES, SCM, CRM, 工程系统等。
Aligns with JCI and CQYFJC IT policies, to purchase and set up IT applications.
依照JCI 和CQYFJC IT 规则,采购,部署IT应用。
As per business requirement, supporting IT applications initialization and change project of external plants, to provide timely and effective technical support.
根据业务需求,支持异地工厂IT应用初始化和变更项目,提供及时有效的技术支持。
Strictly complying with JCI and CQYFJC IT technical specification, to cooperate with JCI regional/global IT team and external supplier resources, guiding the IT applications standardization management to external plants.
严格遵从JCI IT 规则和CQYFJC技术规范,协同JCI地区/全球IT团队和外部供应商资源,指导异地工厂的IT应用标准化实施管理。
Build & launch documentation and standardized management should align with JCI ITIL standards.
相应建造和投运应遵从JCI ITIL标准执行文档化和标准化管理。

3. IT Applications Operate & Support IT 应用运营和支持

Effectively manage of outsourcing and entrusted resource to provide timely and efficient front desk support services for internal customers, including but not limited to the ERP, HRM, MES, SCM, CRM, Engineering System, etc.
有效管理外包和托管资源,为内部客户提供及时高效的前台支持服务,包括但不限于ERP, HRM, MES,SCM, CRM, 工程系统等。
Helps with the identification of educational and training requirements and conduct training to assist internal users in understanding the concepts and functionality of systems being implemented
协助识别教育和培训要求并进行培训,帮助内部用户理解所用系统的概念和功能
Aligns with JCI global & CQYFJC IT standards, maintains IT applications at optimum operational performance, periodically conducting performance reviews, preventive maintenance and internal IT assets management.
依照JCI全球& CQYFJC IT标准,保持IT应用处于最佳运行状态,定期进行性能评估,预防性维护和内部IT资产管理。
Interfaces with suppliers, JCI regional and global IT teams to solicit additional assistance / technical expertise as required.
协同供应商,JCI区域和全球IT团队获取所需支持/技术
According to JCI IT security strategy and local business requirements, importing the proper IT security solutions, to ensure the security of business data and business continuity.
按照JCI IT安全策略和本地业务需求,导入合适的IT安全解决方案,确保业务数据的安全性和业务连续性实现。
Operate & support documentation and standardized management should align with JCI ITIL standards.
相应运营和支持应遵从JCI ITIL标准执行文档化和标准化管理。

4. Compliance 合规

Ensures company employees comply with Johnson Controls IT standard, policy, process and steps, also shares good experience and practice with other JCI entities
确保公司雇员遵守江森自控的IT标准、政策、流程和步骤,并和其他江森自控实体的IT分享好的经验和实践
Ensures systems and procedures are compliant with appropriate legislative and JCI's BOS requirements, i.e. Data Protection Act., SOX, etc
确保系统和程序符合相应法规和JCI的BOS要求,如数据保护法案、SOX等等
Regularly perform self-assessment for IT operation according to related requirements, ensures IT department pass all internal and external audit in company
根据相关要求定期对IT运作进行自检,确保IT部门通过公司各项内审和外审

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement创新和持续改进

Keeps abreast of new IT solutions and skills from Johnson Controls CSC and IT industry, provides suggestions to management to improve operation efficiency and promotes implementation.
了解江森中国支持中心和行业内新的IT解决方案和IT技能,适时提出能改善公司运作效率的建议和方案并推动实施
Collaborates closely with IT purchasing support team and local purchasing team, CI team, continuously driving cost saving activities.
与IT采购支持团队,本地采购团队和持续改进团队密切协作,持续推动成本节约项目。
Improves IT competitive advantage of company and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and importing innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和导入创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高公司的IT竞争优势和客户满意度。

Competency Requirements (能力要求)

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Computer Science or related field preferred.
本科或以上学历,计算机或相关专业优先。
2. 2-5 years work experience in IT related function, with at least half year in IT applications project management and user support, manufacturing environment or PMP, ITIL or higher certificated preferred.
2-5 年IT相关部门工作经验,至少半年从事IT应用项目管理和用户支持工作,制造行业或PMP,ITIL或更高认证优先。
3. Professional knowledge/skills专业知识/技能
