POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the China Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for all marketing activities executions including advertising, digital, PR, retail activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? To support the marketing team and execute marketing plans and strategy with the ultimate objective of raising brand awareness, brand building and increase sales
? Coordinate with advertising/ promotion/ public relations agencies to ensure smooth executions of the programs
? Support retail promotion planning, make sure flawless executions and attach to brand guidelines
? Support new shop opening events and activities, monitor closely on the execution plan
? Execute digital marketing initiatives and daily content updateson social media platforms to generate awareness, drive traffic and sales and engagement
? Provide support on e-commerce and all marketing / promotion related activities
? Liaison and coordination with external parties for the preparation and delivery of marketing; communication materials, marketing events or other related marketing activities
? Monitor and evaluate campaign results and KPI
? Liaise with internal partners such as store operations, VM, merchandizing for all marketing needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
? 4+ years of solid working experience in marketing, preferably in fashion/ apparel industry
? Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and detail minded
? Creative, passionate and excellent in problem solving skills with positive attitude
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
? Proficiency in English and Chinese
? Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
