Objectives of the position:
Work on the analysis and adaptation of products to ensure the requirement of product and satisfaction of customer in their facilities.


Main Tasks:
1. Quality Control:
According to the quality standards set by company, control the technological parameter of products on the customer's site to meet the requirements of both company and customer.
Survey and follow different data of products and timely analyze its changing tendency to provide correct data to ensure good quality.

2. Product Adaptation and Testing:
Through sample taking, testing and analyzing, timely notice the customer of adaptation suggestion of products to meet the requirements of customers.
Test the product's quality norm, follow and supervise customer's using process of our product.

3. Coordinating:
Communicate with customers and timely handle the problems put by customers. Keep good cooperation with customers to ensure the smooth development of company business.

4. Files Keeping:
Be responsible for arrange and keep the original records of all data of production adaptation and technological parameters.

5. New Color Activity:
Arrangement and handling of the trail for new color. Making and effort to get good result according to team strategy.


Required for the position:
Education:College graduate
Working Experience:3+ years of relevant experice in Automobile Coatings
Technical&Professional Knowledge:Can read and write English
