Our client is an international company in the agriculture industry.

Qingdao, Shandong, China
Reporting to:
Sales Manager
Team size:
2
Travelling:
yes, often in South East of China, sometimes internationally for training, focus on: South of China
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate the technical documentation and information between the factory, the dealers and distributors on a daily base but also via training sessions that you will have to organize and execute
+ Support dealers and distributors in technical issues and to administrate warranties
+ Organize good logistics of original parts and support the sales development of parts
+ Actively organize and conduct demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities
+ Travel across Eastern China and occasional to neighboring areas to prepare the set-up and take part in different Chinese field demonstrations as well as trade fairs
+ Others as assigned by management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in engineering or relevant
+ At least 2 years prior experience in a technical position OR in another mechanical engineering OR agricultural industrie
+ Technical understanding needed for companies products
+ Experience with MS-Office
+ High level of communication skills
+ Inter-cultural skills, able to work efficiently in a German-Chinese company setting
+ Commitment and ability to work in a team
+ Native Chinese speaker
+ Fluent in English, written and spoken, able to report to non-Chinese speaking hiring manager and able to coordinate with non-Chinese speaking colleagues from other countries
+ Willing to travel extensively in North-west China
