ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

A production composites for automotive industry for high-end auto makers
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Managing Director
Travelling:
Travelling is required upon project.
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Lead the development and implementation of a new project coordination structure for the company in Dongguan + Develop and implement detailed status reporting formats and processes for all assigned areas
+ Act as on-site PM steering committee liaison and facilitator between internal departments and stakeholders
+ Manages project timing plan
+ Translate and allocates the business case into the project budget
+ Control the cost/profitability (manage the business case)
+ Raises issues/concerns and reach resolution
+ Leads APQP project gate reviews
+ Mainly responsible for managing projects from German high-end clients in the automotive industry
+ Other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or higher in engineering field related to Automotive
+ At least 3 years of professional experience in Project Management in automotive industry or other technical projects;
+ Strong knowledge of full cycle of project management
+ Familiar with automotive terminology and automotive industry as a whole
+ Direct experience with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, 7 QC tools, TQM, SPC and other problem solving techniques, etc.
+ Windows, Microsoft Office, SAP
+ Other necessary programs are defined by company
+ Ability to develop and maintain relations with clients
+ Strong analytic, systematic thinking.
+ Able to manage internal departments to delivery the desired results
+ Highly personable and able to present confidently to the highest levels of management and external clients
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Good command of Chinese, English and German
