Role Summary/Purpose

This role leads sales strategy and customer relationship for assigned accounts/deals in Gas Turbine Services segment of power generation industry in China.

Essential Responsibilities

• Own the Sales, Margin and Orders Operating Plan for Power Generation Services (PGS) business for the assigned customer base in China
• Own the business relationship with assigned customers at all levels
• Understand customers’ CTQ’s and provide service solutions for the assigned customers from outages (parts, field services, repairs) to projects (value packs, long term services agreement)
• Own customer satisfaction and work with different departments in the business to drive solutions for product issues
• Own the entitlement process for an assigned set of turbine serial numbers (installed fleet)
• Identify opportunities to drive business growth in Gas Turbine market
• Understand and analyze market dynamics to recommend product strategy to leadership team

Qualifications/Requirements

• BS Degree in Mechanical/Electric Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales or application engineering.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese

• Demonstrated knowledge of power industry market, products and services.
• Proven commercial and sales experiences in closing complex long-term contractual agreements, preferably in power industry.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to effectively lead multi-functional teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
• High proficiency in utilizing analytical software and sales tools (Salesforce.com, Excel, etc.)
