Global Operations Finance, the GE China Corporate Finance CoE team, with a scale of more than 500 people, was established in May 2012. Aiming to bring together a team of excellence worldwide. GOF builds and executes world-class processes across the company ( including source to pay, fixed assets, record-to-report, invoice-to-cash, customs, payroll, T&L, stat-to-tax) to better serve GE business operations in and beyond China.

Essential Responsibilities

- Conduct monthly closing and reporting processes efficiently with high quality, coordinate with all sub-ledger function team
- Assist accounting manager for other reporting preparation & submission in a timely and accurately manner
- Complete any ad hoc manual adjustment required by accounting manager
- Assist business controller for all financial audits; include both internal & external
- Finish account reconcialtion on Monthly or Quarterly basis
- Assist accounting manager to finish assigned project

Qualifications/Requirements

- University graduate with major in finance or accounting;
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in multi-national companies; Big 4 experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Fluent in English, both written and speaking;
- Oracle experience is a plus.
- Good team player, could work under pressure and self motivated
