Primary Responsibilities：

• Provide administrative support to Appliance Asia quality leader and whole team, including travel arrangement, business meeting arrangement, conference or Seminar organization, and other office administrations

• Provide admin support to travelers from abroad in terms of logistic arrangement

• Provide Supports to team engagement activities

• Provide supports to Asia EHS team, including upload EHS reports into Gensuite systems and other system maintenance if needed

Qualifications Required：

• Bachelor degree

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent oral and written language skills in both English and Chinese

• Strong PC skills, excel, PPT, etc.

• Good Team Player
