Healthcare Life Sciences

Role Summary/Purpose

With GE Life Science equipment install base growing in Taiwan and Hongkong ,GE service business is also expanding from the traditional area such as repairing , hourly billing service ,parts ,svc contract to a new service consulting model through an equipment life cycle .Service sales specialist is not a sales any longer .This position should be a service consulting and marketing with channel , product ,process building up locally .

Essential Responsibilities 

- Own svc regional business goal in Taiwan and Hongkong .
- Drive svc regional business order
- Regional AR collection
- Improve svc contract capture rate
- Buildup a good relationship/channel with customer and internal sales team
- Support field engineer team to lean the business process and cycle
- Drive new svc business program and promotion
- Behave as a local marketing and deliver a whole picture for LS svc in region
- Deal with NPS case that the device is out of warranty

Qualifications/Requirements

- Master/bachelor degree-in Medicine, Biochemistry or relative discipline.
- Have at least 2-3 years Sales, Service or R&D experience
- Passion / Aggressive/initiative
- Good training and application skill
- Good coordinating skill
- Basic English reading & speaking capability
- Pleasant personality with good persuasive skills
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight datelines
- Able to work independently and also contribute as a team player
- Able to travel long distances
