岗位职责：

Materials plan Establishment and Implementation物料计划制定和执行
Work out the material plan (purchase plan) based on production plan. Send oversea and Domestic supplier monthly/weekly / daily plan on time, and provide supplier some other relative information and keep record.获取生产计划并制定物料需求计划（采购计划），定期向国内/国外供应商发放必要的月、周及日计划等信息并保存要货记录。
Materials plan And MFG/ PRO Tracking物料计划和MFG/PRO监督
Supervise all the goods species, quantity and spec and make sure it matches the material plan; Supervise all the goods species, quantity and spec that input into MFG/PRO match with the actual arrivals. 跟踪和监督实际送货的品种、数量、规格与发放的物料需求计划是否相符；确保MFG/PRO帐务中接收的货物品种、数量、规格与实际到货相符合。
DMR Handle and Tracking DMR 处理和跟踪
As to the DMR from W/H , must keep record , inform related supplier and follow up this issue tightly.及时将库管员开出的到货差异报告（DMR）存档并反馈给国内外供应商，跟踪解决情况。
Inventory and OBS Control 库存和报废控制
Complete all tasks relating to materials plan Item Parameter Setup/Change in system base on Value flow
基于价值流程图的分析和完善完成物料计划参数在系统 （MFG/PRO）中的设置和更改。
Update safety stock of every part and keep low stock level and control OBS in phase out and design change stage.及时修正所订零件的安全库存量，并将整体原材料库存控制在合理水平；对下市物料和工程变更所产生的报废物料，控制在合理范围。
Transportation Process Tracking And Control运输过程监督和控制
For close and long way transportation, follow up the condition of the material and exchange potential change information. Track goods transportation condition and keep an abnormal record. (soft and sheet copy)在近、远途的货物承运中，及时了解物资的运输状态，掌握和传递各种可能发生的变化信息，跟踪货物的运输状态，并形成和保存异常情况记录（电子及书面）。
Information exchange信息沟通
Feedback all the issues during checking and accepting materials to relative department and logistic or supplier.
对于接收与检验过程中出现的各种问题及时向相关部门人员或物流公司或供应商进行反馈和处理。
Mission Implementation任务执行
Accept and finish the other task from Supervisor or Manager. 接受并及时完成主管或经理下达的其他任务。
New projects logistic support 新项目物流支持
Check with project engineer to ensure all materials are been released and delivered on time in order to keep the PV readiness of new program to lunch successfully.与项目工程师沟通，确保项目PV Readiness所有物料计划按时发布和到达，确保新项目成功投产。
Support to design materials plan in the new program.支持项目相关物料计划方面的设计.
Monitor of supplier performance供应商绩效监控
Monitor supplier performance based on materials achievement. 通过物料的满足和达成情况考核供应商，以便于保证生产计划的正常执行
Improvements 改善
Improves Supply chain competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创服务、解决方案和流程，提高供应链竞争力和客户满意度
Experience sharing经验分享
Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members
向团队内较资浅成员分享经验和知识

岗位要求：

Bachelor degree or above,
物流管理以及相关管理专业本科以上学历
Major in enterprise management. Above 2 years material / production planning working experience in manufacturing industry. Be familiar with MRP working flow.
二年以上在制造行业的物料生产计划经验，熟悉MRP工作流程
Good command of computer operation and good at office software application. 良好的计算机操作能力, 熟悉办公软件.
Ability to prioritize and direct multiple tasks for all issues.
具备对各种不同任务能分清优先顺序, 并有效执行的能力.
Strong personnel coordination ability. 良好的协调能力
Must have strong team work spirit. 具备团队合作精神, 和亲和力.
