ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

Travelling:
Frequent travelling within Zhejiang
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
(financial targets) Proactively perform to achieve the financial targets (order income, sales, EBIT) set for each subline and lab.
(monitoring & reporting) report regularly your sales activities and your sales performance to the sales manager and the subline / lab manager for whom you perform sales. Monitor and share market trends & developments. Collect and communicate customer voices and satisfaction results and propose improvement measures.
(professional competence) Join regular staff meetings for business situation update, experience exchange and training. Learn and develop your professionalism. Ensure the correct implementation of sales related documentation.
(project management) Implement your monthly sales activity plan. Ensure the correct use of the agreed price lists. Develop and encourage others to develop new business opportunities in the business line Mobility and beyond.
(resource management) Ensure that the tools (such as sales kits, flyers, promotion materials, gifts etc.) are used adequately available and used, propose improvements.Proactively and with sufficient advance notice require support from the technical departments to achieve the set targets.
(communication) Practice efficient and effective communication between sales team members, customers and TR colleagues. Implement cross line sales and cross line engineering communication.
Requirements:
Automotive industry background, preferred technical service working experience
Sales experience with hubs and rims preferred
Sales oriented, aggressive character, senior staff, good at communication and execution.
Working knowledge English in writing and speaking
Can travel frequently
