Job description：
Assistant of sales manager,in charge of all sales indoor issues for export customers in particular:
- Establish quotations,sales contracts and order confirmation under supervison of sales
manager.
- Receive orders,check contract consistency,make adjustment with customers and internal
sales/production/logistic departments.
- Follow order until delivery and payment
- Keep customers informed,establish a tight and trustful relationship.
- Inform or negotiate with customer when changes in orders details,order quantity,delivery time.
- All works related to export sales like statistics,sales analysis etc.


Requirement:


Personal skills:
- Good ability to establish excellent relationship with foreign customers and connection
- Good understanding for technical matters.
- Patience, good negotiation skills


Personal skills:
- Excellent English (CET6) in oral and written
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Good knowledge and be familiar of international export business
- Experience in similar position in an international manufacturing company
- Bachelor degree, major in international business
