Summary of Role/ 职责描述

Support Plant Manager to ensure manufacturing activities are planned and managed effectively to maximise business performance. Work across shifts to ensure teams are focused on achieving objectives and that resources are in place to support agreed plans. Will work closely with other departments to support improvement activities and ensure we are maintaining our disciplines and working strictly in accordance with agreed procedures.

Key Tasks/ 主要任务

- Manage team effectively to ensure optimum performance

- Needs to show flexibility to work across shifts as required

- Responsible for organizing and improving the team and working environment

- Assist Plant Manager and Planner in planning and control activities across manufacturing

ensuring targets can be achieved

- Ensuring team work strictly in accordance with procedures and observe company rules and

regulations.

确保团队工作严格按照程序执行，并遵守公司规章制度。

- Co-ordinate management of equipment and tooling to optimise manufacturing performance and cost

协调管理设备，模具以便优化生产绩效以及成本。

- Supervise team to ensure general maintenance duties are carried out effectively and machines and working area is kept clean and tidy and assist with machine tool repairs when requested

监督指导团队以确保日常维修任务有效率地完成，机器及工作区域保持干净整洁，并在需要的时候帮助维修设备模具。

- Co-ordinate team continuous improvements activities and work aggressively to identify and implement cost saving ideas

协调团队不断地改善活动，并积极工作确定并实施成本节约理念。

- Analyse levels of scrap and rework and identify improvement opportunities

分析废品水平，并修订及确定改善机会。

- Any other tasks deemed commensurate with your role by management

- Manage the document of the operation department

Qualities Required/ 资格要求：

- Degree in relevant technical discipline;

相关技术学科的学历

- More than 5 years of production supervisor or manager experience or more than 3 years of foreign company production supervisor or manager experience, extrusion related company is preferred.

5年以上生产主管或生产经理工作经验，或3年以上外资公司生产主管或生产经理工作经验，挤出行业相关的公司优先

- Hard working and diligent with ability to produce high quality of work

工作努力认真，有能力提供高质量的工作

- Good leadership and motivation skills

良好的领导能力及积极性

- Able to work with minimal supervision yet deliver business objectives

能够在工作中通过最低的监督而达到企业的经营目标

- Lean management and 5S knowledge and experience.

精益生产管理以及5S知识和经验

- Computer literate and familiar with MRP/ERP systems

精通电脑并熟悉MRP/ERP系统

- Good English language skills (written and spoken)

良好的英语水平 （书写和口语）

- Higher than or undergraduate course

本科学历或以上
