IT技术人员

在工业环境中，应用采购过程和目标，优化成本。明确公司的采购需求，检测并分析供应商的基础和产品。 本职位包括格兰农业设备（大庆）有限公司生产和非生产的采购。

汇报对象

本职位向格兰农业设备（大庆）有限公司总经理汇报。汇报对象将来可能随着公司的经营发展而变化。

岗位职责

• 网络服务器、台式机、笔记本电脑和其他网络连接设备的支持，安装和日常维护。
• IT基础设施管理，包括在格兰IT团队的指导下维护和支持微软目录服务（AD）
• 大庆本地IT技术服务
• 金蝶ERP系统和数据库的维护。
• 对IT SOX的遵守情况报告。
• 西门子NX CAD系统的支持，包括Team center系统的维护。
• 相关记录、文件、路径和程序的维护。能够制定集团IT政策。
• 其他安排的任务。

技能要求

• 熟练掌握办公软件（Excel, PowerPoint, Word等等）
• 优秀的英语和普通话沟通能力，包括口语和写作。
• 良好的团队精神和人际关系技能。在团队的角度上沟通交流的能力。
• 对相关业务应用领域的知识和理解能力。
• 具备良好的IT技术技能，包括对硬件和软件的实际动手能力和理论知识。
• 思想创新，自我激励和工作奉献精神。
• 灵活处理的能力，能够优先考虑多个任务，并按期完成工作任务。

资格证书

• 理科学士学位，计算机科学及相关专业
• 通过全国大学英语四级以上
• 至少一年相关工作经验

IT technician

To ensure professional management of all IT systems including hardware and software for all installation and maintenance activities

Reporting Line

This position reports to the General Manager of Kverneland Agricultural Equipment Daqing Co., Ltd. Reporting lines may change in the future as the operation expands.

Responsibilities

• Support, installation and daily maintenance of network server, desktops, laptops and other network connected devices
• IT infrastructure including maintenance and support for MS Active Directory (AD) under the guidance of Kverneland Group IT
• Daqing IT Service desk
• Kingdee ERP system and database maintenance.
• IT related Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance reporting
• Support for Siemens NX CAD system including Team center system maintenance
• Maintenance of relevant records, documents, routines and processes. Ability to contribute to defining group IT policy
• Other tasks as assigned

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc…)
• Excellent communication skills both in English & Mandarin including spoken and written.
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skills. Capable of communicating at a group level
• Good knowledge and understanding of related business application areas
• Good technical skills in the IT area including practical hands-on and theoretical knowledge of both hardware and software
• Creative thinker, self-motivating and dedicated to hard work.
• Flexible and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications

• BS degree with major in computer science or related
• CET4 and above
• A minimum of one year’s relevant working experience
