生产经理
为保证生产订单按时按成本计划完成，符合管理部门设定的质量标准，设定本职位。本职位计划为新生产创建提供动力，包括设备设定及设备改善。

汇报对象
本职位向格兰农业设备（大庆）有限公司总经理汇报。汇报对象将来可能随着公司的经营发展而变化。

岗位职责
直接管理生产部门员工，包括任务分配，培训，绩效，安全生产和员工奖惩等
创立和维护主要生产计划
保证产品按时完成生产，成本控制，并符合质量要求
设定并维护内部生产物流
选择和维护生产设备
了解格兰公司产品的工作知识，实施质量控制
直接与其他部门合作，包括财务部、采购部和物流部，但不限于以上部门
准备并维护生产报告和文档
为研发新产品和流程提供支持

技能要求
有识别复杂问题、发现和自主执行方案的能力
信息和想法的有效沟通
有对复杂机器学习的能力，并能掌握复杂机器的新产品和新特点
能够理解并有能力执行生产规程和主要制造规则
机器和工具的设计，使用，维修和维护
具备发现生产的产品的难题和问题的能力，并采取正确的行动
重视细节，并能识别各方面工作质量好坏
工作积极，凡事走在前面
开阔性的思维和好的工作方法

资格证书
本科以上学历
5年以上生产管理经验
英语六级以上

Production Manager
This position is created to assure that all production orders are completed on time, on cost and to the quality standards set by the management. This position is intended to provide the driving force for new production initiatives including setting up new facilities and improving current facilities.

Reporting Line
This position reports to the General Manager of Kverneland Agricultural Equipment Daqing Co., Ltd. Reporting lines may change in the future as the operation expands.

Responsibilities
Direct management of production staff including task allocation, training, performance, health & safety and discipline
Creation and maintenance of master production schedules
Ensuring that the goods produced are on time, to cost and of required quality
Setting up and maintenance of internal production logistics
Selection and maintenance of production equipment
Good working knowledge of Kverneland products and implementing quality-control programs.
Direct liaison with other relevant departments including, but not limited to, Finance, Purchasing and Logistics
Preparation and maintenance of production reports and documents
Provide support for the development of new products and processes.

Skills & Knowledge Required
Able to identify complex problems and find and implement solutions autonomously
Effective communication of information and ideas
Ability to learn and master new products and their features for complex machines
Understanding and ability to implement production processes and the general principles of manufacturing
Machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
Structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules and composition and grammar.
Ability to spot problems or issues with products produced and take corrective action
Attention to details and an eye for good quality in all aspects of the job
Ability to take initiative and go beyond specified role when needed
Open minded and committed approach to work

Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above
5+ years’ experience of production facility management
College English test band 6 or above.
