采购经理
在工业环境中，应用采购过程和目标，优化成本。明确公司的采购需求，检测并分析供应商的基础和产品。 本职位包括格兰农业设备（大庆）有限公司生产和非生产的采购。

汇报对象
本职位向格兰农业设备（大庆）有限公司总经理汇报。汇报对象将来可能随着公司的经营发展而变化。

岗位职责
1. 寻求供应商，促进交易
2. 根据管理需要，申请采购流程：申请、意向、询价、议价，订单、核对质量信息、物流跟踪
3. 供应商数据库维护
4. 根据说明和描述要求报价
5. 分析产品，评估供应商生产能力和资质
6. 议价，时时与供应商进行交付
7. 应用ERP系统，创建采购订单，使所有采购订单流程化
8. 按流程跟踪订单（数量、质量、包装、交付时间）
9. 对供应商进行审核
10. 供应商合同条款，包括担保授权
11. 根据国际公司政策，与供应商发展清晰、严格和明确的关系
12. 提供月采购事项，对项目采购成本与预算成本进行预测


技能要求
1. 能看懂技术图纸
2. 4年以上国际采购经验
3. 办公软件技能：Word, 高级Excel （公式，数据操作，画图，表格设计等）
4. 提供清晰简明的文档
5. 能预计工作量，并合理进行分工
6. 思维敏锐，注重细节
7. 沟通能力：各方面较强的沟通能力和领导能力
8. 普通话流利，英语流利
9. 有ERP系统（SAP或Kindee）知识和经验

资格证书
1. 本科以上学历，国际贸易或其他相关专业
2. 英语六级以上
3. 计算机二级以上

Purchasing Manager
To apply the Procurement processes and objectives within an industrial environment and to optimize costs. To identify the supply needs of the company and to prospect and analyze the supplier base and products. This position covers both Direct and Indirect Procurement for the site of Kverneland Daqing.

Reporting Line
This position reports to the General Manager of Kverneland Agricultural Equipment Daqing Co., Ltd. Reporting lines may change in the future as the operation expands.

Responsibilities
1. Search and find new suppliers to benefit the business
2. Apply the procurement procedures according to management requirements: requisition, tender, compare, negotiate, order, collate quality information & delivery follow-up.
3. Supplier database maintenance
4. RFQ creation with full specifications/drawings
5. Analyze offers, evaluate supplier capability & capacity
6. Negotiate pricing & delivery timing with suppliers
7. Create and process all purchase orders using ERP system
8. Follow up of orders to end of process (quantity, quality, packaging, delivery times)
9. Commercial audit of suppliers
10.Supplier contract terms including warranty
11.Develop clear, strict and precise relations with the supplier base according to Global Company policy.
12.Provide monthly indicators of procurement status. Forecast project procurement costs versus budget costs.

Skills & Knowledge Required
1. Read and understand technical drawings
2. 4+ years’ experience of international Procurement/buying
3. Microsoft Office skills : Word, advanced MS Excel (formulae, data manipulation, graphical information, pivot tables)
4. Provide clear and concise documentation
5. Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system preferred
6. The ability to prioritize and organize workload
7. Have an acute attention to detail
8. Communicate : excellent communicator at all levels, team leader
9. Fluency in Chinese & English language
10.Knowledge & experience of ERP systems : SAP & KINGDEE

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade and commerce (or other)
2. College English test band 6 or above.
3. National Computer Rank Examination Certificate Grade 2 or above
