质检员

为确保及时，准确地检查进入的货物，包括生产和原型部件和组件。确保成品高品质标准出厂

汇报对象

本职位向格兰农业设备（大庆）有限公司生产经理汇报。汇报对象将来可能随着公司的经营发展而变化。

岗位职责

• 对创建的所有ISIR＆PPAP零件进行检查和汇报，包括所需的全部尺寸检查和厂房内的其他任何检查
• 对创建的研发原型部件进行检查和汇报
• 管理所有第三方实施的ISIR＆PPAP零件
• 对全部产成品进行最终的质量检查
• 保修反厂部件的检查，与研发部相结合，记录并跟踪所有返修相关问题
• 记录保存和报告的撰写
• 对所有检查进行管理和维护，包括所有测量设备和工具
• 对仪器校准系统进行维护，维护文档和流程
• 其他安排的工作任务

技能要求

• 拥有测量设备的知识和经验，包括法如测量臂，压力表，测径器和其他设备。
• 良好的检测技术知识，如化学分析、显微检验，表面处理检测设备，腐蚀试验设备等...
• 熟练掌握办公软件（Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc…）
• 优秀的沟通能力，良好的英语和普通话听说读写能力
• 良好的团队精神和人际关系技能。
• 思想创新，自我激励和工作奉献精神。
• 灵活处理的能力，能够优先考虑多个任务，并按期完成工作任务。

资格证书

• 本科以上学历，工程师技术相关专业
• 英语四级以上
• 三年以上质检员工作经验，熟练掌握办公软件（Excel, PowerPoint, Word等等）

Quality technician

To ensure timely and accurate inspection of incoming goods including production and prototype parts and assemblies. To ensure high quality standards of finished goods leaving the factory

Reporting Line

This position reports to the Production Manager of Kverneland Agricultural Equipment Daqing Co., Ltd. Reporting lines may change in the future as the operation expands.

Responsibilities

• Inspection and report creation of all ISIR & PPAP parts including all dimensional checks needed and any other check possible in house
• Inspection and report creation of all R&D prototype parts
• Manage all ISIR & PPAP checks conducted by third parties
• Conduct final quality checks on whole finished goods
• Inspection of warranty return parts and logging and tracking of all warranty related issues in conjunction with R&D
• Record keeping and report writing
• Manage and maintain the inspection facility including all measuring equipment and tools
• Maintain instrument calibration system, documents and procedures
• Other tasks as assigned

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Good knowledge and experience using measuring equipment including FARO arm, gauges, calipers and other devices
• Good knowledge of other inspection techniques such as chemical analysis, micrographic inspection, surface treatment inspection devices, corrosion testing equipment, etc…
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc…)
• Good communication skills both in English & Mandarin including spoken and written.
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker, self-motivating and dedicated to hard work.
• Flexible and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines

Qualifications

• BS degree with major in engineering or related degree
• CET4 and above
• A minimum of three years’ experience as a quality technician
