Responsibilities:

主要职责

- Establish and maintain Quality Management System;

- Responsible for document control system in order to guarantee same revision level for all documents used by whole process;

- Prepare and lead the internal and external audit in QMS , process and product;

- Prepare and support semi-yearly management review meeting;

- Lead customer complain and customer returns failure analysis;

- Coordinate the corrective/preventive actions in quality system and customer complaints;

- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as six sigma, Kaizen lean methods, etc. Responsible for quality cost, analyze and take action to reduce product quality scrap cost;

- Prepare report for weekly and monthly quality meetings

- Responsible for calibration of gauges and measuring equipment

- Train and promote employees quality requirement, awareness

Qualifications Required:

- Familiar with ISO9000/TS16949 management system，ISO9001 certified;

- Knowledge and proficiency with advanced quality planning tools (i.e. DFMEA, PPAP, Process Capability Studies, Gauge R & R’s));

- Knowledge and experience of Lean Six Sigma methodology is preferred;

- Familiar with the calibration of gauges and measuring equipment;

- At least 3 Years of experience in ISO9001 system management;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Chinese and English
