Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
1） 私立医院客户日常拜访，收集和反馈市场信息，建立客户档案；
2） 独立开发新客户，维护现有客户，完成/超额完成销售指标；
3） 与GO BLUE团队、Enterprise团队的有效沟通与合作，寻求私立医院合作的生意模式，开发新客户；
4） 与商务团队的有效沟通与配合，完成目标医院的配送和折扣返利
5） 制定销售计划，完成QMI销售预估，开展并执行私立医院市场活动和市场计划
6） 日常工作中与现有MDx销售团队相互配合，主动合作
7） 良好的价格政策管理
8） 严格遵守公司相关合规政策和规章制度

Qualifications/Requirements
1） 医学或医学相关专业毕业，大专及以上
2） 拥有商务团队经验或者大客户团队经验优先
3） 销售业绩良好，完成或超额完成销售指标
4） 3-5年外资医药公司工作经验
5） 适应出差
6） 有过跨部门沟通合作经验优先
7） 良好的谈判技巧
