Responsibilities:
- Handle operational marketing function of project activity. 从市场营销的角度操作产品项目
- To coordinate & support project function for achieving business growth in Chinese market。协助项目部门，进而实现大中华区的业务增长
- To do market survey & report in line with the need of project development plan in China.根据项目发展需要，对大中华区的市场进行调研
- To assist the training and seminar strategy, internal and external, help to prepare the tools and their implementation.协助提供内部外部培训资料
- To work and participate on request to the market development of the division or solutions to the Chinese market.参与大中华区域的市场推广活动
- Work closely with product marketing & communication team within the organization of marketing department.与内部的产品市场部门紧密沟通合作
- Work closely with product marketing and R&D department for product development purpose.与研发部门紧密合作，确保产品开发进度
- Close communication with the division for product development and marketing activity purpose.根据产品开发进度制定市场策略
- Keep close follow up & report to the market and competitors’ behavior to know their product & price evolution, specific activities and communication means in Chinese market.密切监控并汇报市场同行的情况，留意价格，市场的变化情况
- Particular strong & experience on VDI business with good technical & marketing background on ELV application.在弱电以及智能布线领域有丰富的经验

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Sales and Marketing related major. 市场营销类专业本科以上学历
- Around 8 years solid working experience in related industry. 8年左右相关行业工作经验
- Working knowledge level in English(Reading and Written is a must, Oral is advantage). 英语读写能力优秀
- Good mind set of the market and target oriented. 敏锐的市场触觉，目标导向型的做事风格
