ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
A company in the finance industry
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Tianjin, China
Reporting to:
General Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct market research and developments
+ Enable in sourcing for and identifying suitable investment opportunities
+ Enable in deal structuring and negotiations on investment terms
+ Conduct financial modeling including establishing the revenue and cost assumptions
+ Enable in the preparation of investment papers to secure management approval
+ Conduct due diligence and the legal documentation process
+ Enable in the preparation of regular asset management and investment related reports
+ Supervise junior Business Development executives
Requirements:
+ Finance-related professional , Bachelor Degree
+ Master Degree or MBA,EMBA is preferred
+ A minimum of three years in an Investment Bank or a PE fund (in an investment role)
+ Good financial work or education background demonstrating a very high intelligence
+ Good networking and relationship maintenance
+ Results orientated with a patience for long term investment projects
+ Good deal management & execution skills
+ Good English communication ability is preferred
+ Would like to work in a Financial Services Company with Family Management Background
