Responsibilities:

主要职责

- Leading the supplier quality evaluation program，development, evaluation and implementation of Quality Systems audits for new and existing supplier

- Responsible to lead Supplier Quality Engineering knowledge activities to provide Technical Evaluations and problem solving using the Advanced Quality planning tools. (PFMEA, APQP, R & R studies, SPC, etc.)

- Monitoring supplier performance, driving the improvement, and leading the root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions

- Identify and support initiatives for continuous improvement. Leading continuous improvement and manufacturing Kaizen initiatives of supplier’s quality, processes ,cycle, and delivery performance

- Developing and conducting training for supplier related to supplier development and supplier performance requirements tools

- Formulates or helps formulate Quality Engineering policies, procedures and engineering requirement

- Understands, initiates, supports, & approves Deviation Authorizations, Waivers, ECN’s, and PCNs to meet the business unit objectives

- Analyzes field return information for trends and identify areas for quality improvement

- Initiates and oversee Stop Production/Hold Shipment orders for compliance and completion

- Leverages expertise with Production, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Development to ensure process controls and product specifications meet or exceed requirements and that quality issues are being tracked and resolved

Qualifications Required:

- BS or MS in Engineering or technical field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Quality

- Knowledge of Machining, Stamping, and Electrical & Electronic parts, plastic molding

- Knowledge of, and experience with, statistical process control and advanced quality planning tools such FMEAs, APQP, control plans, control charts, Ppk/Cpk studies & analysis, manufacturing flow charts and MSA

- Familiarity with quality system evaluation criteria

- Knowledge and experience of Lean Six Sigma methodology is preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Chinese and English
