职位描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform testing, analysis and produce documentation required for development of new product designs and product enhancements;
Adhere to agency testing standards for product qualification and certification;
Generate ideas to improve testing efficiency and capability;
Responsible for maintaining lab accreditation under local or international guidelines and standards;
Ensure test equipment is properly maintained and calibrated;
Write engineering reports to thoroughly document tests performed;
Assist development Engineer with new product development issues;
Maintain test lab in a safe, clean and efficient environment in accordance with lean manufacturing policies;

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree with 4-7 years experience in electrical/electronics. Or master degree with less experience.
Has knowledge in PLC.
Has the knowledge of Electric Machines including induction, synchronous.
Familiar with the knowledge of various power converters: 3 phase VSI, CSI, NPC, Multi- level converters.
Familiar with relevant standards, such as GB standard, IEC standard.
Familiar with the various test methods, test procedures and test instruments.
Familiar with Protel 99SE or Protel DXP or Altium Designer Summer Build 9.0
Has excellent communication and writing skills in English.
