Key Responsibilities

·Select samples at random in accordance with the relevant sampling standards and in an appropriate manner and examine all intended points (cosmetic, functional, safety and packaging etc.) briefed by superintending engineer.

·To carry out daily inspection at Supplier manufacturing site, including sheet metal, copper bus bar, paint ling, PCBA manufacturing process.

·Audit Supplier incoming inspection processes (raw material sub-contract parts), to make sure RA quality standard compliant, to record and report any non-conformances.

·Audit Supplier in-processes inspection, to make sure Supplier QMS requirements compliant, record and report any non-conformances.

·Make sure all the products be shipped are fully finished &inspected by Supplier quality team with right identification and documents.

·Correctly handle testing instruments/devices and report testing figures/results.

·Record all noticeable observations and collect supporting evidence for team report thereafter inspection.

·Hold shipping release till issues have been addressed and verified.

KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

·Understand drawings in English and Chinese.

·Master fundamental measuring instruments.

·Skills on using sample plan.

·Good ability in reading English.

·Good computer skills, Microsoft office knowledge is required.

·Outstanding Interpersonal skill in communicating with people.

·Self starter capable of working with minimum supervision.

·Fast Learner and be able to work under pressure.

·Have strong quality risk awareness.

·Certificated QMS internal auditor is preferred.

·Be able to finish inspection report in English is preferred.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

·College degree or above, major on electrical engineering or relative.

·A minimum of 4 years of working experience with quality inspection and quality control.

·Working experiences under global company is preferred.
