KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coordination of the technical and administrative support activities of the team, including, but not limited to installation, commissioning, repairing, spare parts management, training, technical support, preventative maintenance, and engineering change upgrades.
Responsible for product-site commissioning, troubleshooting and installation, and other related work;
Responsible for internal and external training;
Responsible for spare parts and parts remanufacturing;
Responsible for post sales technical support/or phone support;
Responsible for customer MV equipment/devices periodically maintenance and examination or preventative maintenance;
Responsible for supplying good paperwork of field service and engineering. Ensure all related documents are good, full provided and archived;
Responsible for providing feedback to quality and R/D department on product quality and VOC;
The Field Support Engineer Leader is capable of completing the site commissioning and installation work independently;

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or other related technical degree;
Strong oral and written communications are essential and strong English speaking capabilities;
Minimum five years of site support experience in a Multi-national company;
Be familiar with MV drive and PLC programming;
The Field Support Engineer Leader must have the high-voltage operation certificate;
The Field Support Engineer Leader must have the skill to use the debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, multi-meter and so on;
Ability to work well in a team environment;
