职位描述
基本岗位职责
遵守公司的规章制度及人事、财务规定；
协助部门考勤、面试、入职、离职的流程管理；
负责部门费用的预算，报效流程的管理，费用及报销发票的合理及合规管理；
负责部门员工出差及会议的安排；负责部门销售费用和非销售费用进度管理，并提出合理化建议；
协助销售总监进行员工管理；
协调OTC销售部与公司其他部门的沟通、合作。
岗位要求
医学，药学，经济管理及相关专业大学本科以上学历，英语四级以上。
从事过医药市场、药品销售工作者优先。
良好的语言表达与沟通能力、逻辑能力和协调能力。
工作认真细致、诚实守信、吃苦耐劳，能够承受较强的工作压力，具备良好的团队合作精神，有责任感、事业心。
为人诚实，讲诚信，正向思维，高度的工作主动性。
熟练使用电脑，如PowerPoint, Word, Excel等。其中Excel能熟练运用函数，数据筛选，数据透视表等功能。
