ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Reporting to:
Production Director and Operation Director
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Be part of global EMEA sales team, will sign responsible to support and enhance the IGEL sales strategy with a vertical approach in the segments: Healthcare, Government, Transport & Logistics, Automotive, Finance & insurance, Retail
+ Business development with end users in above segments and implement the economic and technology advantages of IGEL products, solutions and services
+ Provide accurate sales forecasts, detailed business plans and competitive industry intelligence
+ Implement the agreed targets (margin and units) for South China market
+ Provide exceptional skills in communications, negotiations and development of sales contracts
+ Efficiently processing the reporting and the reviewing progress with sales executive management, including monthly and quarterly report management, CRM management, etc.
+ Be an effective and outspoken evangelist for the company, representing the company in communications with customers and partners
Requirements:
+ Associate Degree or above
+ Strong focus/background on server-based computing and desktop virtualization
+ Experience in server-based computing and IT infrastructure technologies strongly preferred
+ Experience in server-based computing and IT infrastructure technologies strongly preferred
+ Demonstrated capability and track record as an individual contributor sales representative
+ Strong experience adopting, leveraging and performing sales processes that ensure high performance and efficiency
+ Ability/experience in building relationships and credibility to support sales demands
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Fluency in both Chinese Mandarin and English
